Firmly fixed to the handlebar and to the head tube with an elastic strap. Perfecda does not swing or move even on the rough ground. Stability is further increased by the use of shock cord placed near your head tube of your bike.

Constructed with Cordura ® 1000D and YKK® Aquaguard  zipper, excellent resistance to abrasion, tear and water.
